ASummary

I build and maintain web applications that people use every day. Most of that is TypeScript: Node.js and Express on the server, React and Next.js in the browser, with PostgreSQL, MySQL or MongoDB underneath.

The work I do most is the joining-up: REST APIs, third-party services, AI and LLM integrations, WebSocket updates, Stripe billing. I also do the less visible part, which is tightening slow queries, tracking down production defects, closing QA and security findings, and writing things down so the next person can pick them up. I've worked remotely from Udayapur, Nepal since 2021.

    • Took SaaS features and APIs from requirements to production deployment, across backend services and React/Next.js front ends.
    • Integrated third-party APIs and AI services, and built real-time updates over WebSockets.
    • Implemented Stripe subscriptions and billing, and built CMS-driven marketing sites.
    • Wrote unit and integration tests, fixed production defects, resolved QA and security findings, and helped prepare releases with PMs and QA.

    • Built and maintained core frontend and backend modules of the flagship payroll app, which streams payments in real time.
    • Integrated REST APIs, live data and third-party services across EVM, Solana and NEAR.
